FLINT – Bottling day

Back in March, we were on-site/on-vineyard when the bottling machine was in full swing at FLINT VINEYARD. It was great to see the whole process and especially satisfying to see the labels applied to the bottles. If you have a spare minute and have ever wondered how a wine bottle is cleaned, filled, capped and labelled, click play.

It’s all under wraps for now but we worked on a project which involved this building in Berlin. It’s an amazing place, so I wanted to share a glimpse of it. Hopefully, more info can be published later in the year…

A trip to snowy Copenhagen to see Louis Poulsen – an exciting project which will hopefully be complete and revealed in late 2017.

Hong Kong

A return to Hong Kong and Shenzhen for further product development on some new John Lewis products that will be on the shelves by the middle of 2017.

The Secret Life of Japan

As part of the continuing SecretPencils project, Alex travelled to Tokyo with project co-founder Mike Tinney to set-up and attend the opening night of the Japan exhibition.  A great trip and excellent exhibition. The show will be up for another month at Shibuya-Ku SPACE.

Red Dot

Delighted to announce that the CUBE design for John Lewis has won a RED DOT : Product Design award.

As part of the SecretPencil project, Alex did a TEDx talk… here it is.

Fen Farm Dairy

Who doesn’t love cheese? We are delighted to be the creative consultants for Fen Farm Dairy.  Jonathan and Dulcie Crickmore are dairy farmers in Suffolk who wanted to move away from the dependency on supermarkets.  So they built a dairy, learnt how to make excellent brie-style cheese and now sell to arguably the best name in UK cheese – Neal’s Yard Dairy. We’ve been with them every step of the way, including…

grant applications, market plan, website, branding, packaging, photography, advertising and of course plenty of cheese tasting sessions!
